Life has thrown me into a bit of a whirlwind lately, and with that, my paper crafting went with it unfortunately.  It is the one thing I love to sit down and relax with when time allows, but have had no oomph and a huge lack of imagination.

Anyway, moving along.

This week over at JAI, it is a colour combo challenge and had had this idea in mind for ages....so thank you ladies for getting me to pull myself together and do a little creating.  :o)

JAI 90 - Sketch Challenge

Having spent some time having lost my card making mojo, thought it was time to give another Just Add Ink challenge a go.

Firstly I need to apologise for the fuzziness of the pics, it's nearly that time of the year and a camera is on the pleeaasse list :) - and forgot to change the date when I changed the batteries whoops!!

I'm not completely happy with the outcome of this card, but will have another fiddle with it when a little more spare time comes my way.

What do you give a man that has everything??

A papercrafted tea caddy full of his favourite tea sachets!!
I was at a loss as to what to give my step dad for Dad's Day this year and found an awesome template for this tea caddy.  I used up a lot of retired SU! product in his favourite colours, did a little paper weaving on the top, changed the template a little so the top flips open for refilling and ended up with a cute little pressie :)

New Baby Boy - Owl Card

Making this card was an absolute challenge.  All of my supplies had been packed into storage due to renovations and I was asked to make an owl baby card as an order for a school mum.
I decided on an easel card, as they look a little more special and a layering I went lol.
This was the final result.  (Sorry, the camera was having issues again!!)

'Thank Yous' for my daughter's party guests

I found some very plain noodle boxes at the local discount shop and thought they would make very pretty thank you gifts for my daughter's party guests.
Stampin Up! supplies used are:
Punches:        Cupcake punch, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle punch, 1 3/4" Circle punch,
Stamp Sets:   Create a cupcake, Short and Sweet
Ink Pad:         Crumb Cake, Whisper White Craft
Card Stock:   Crumb Cake, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise
Other:            Big Shot die cutting machine, Sizzlets Lots of Tags, Rhinestone,
(Ribbon and patterned paper aren't SU!)
12 of these were made all up and and all of the girls loved them :)
